Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Assembly Team Leader. Assembly Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing lamination processes and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Actively coaches and oversees Lead(s) and hourly Team Members (35-40 team members).
Trains and motivates Team Members to achieve the highest levels of productivity and quality.
Communicates daily schedule with production team members.
Tracks team member time and attendance according to Regal's Attendance & PTO Policy.
Troubleshoots issues on the production line related to the boat manufacturing process.
Works with other departments to ensure parts are completed according to schedule.
Produce manufacturing defect list, write Corrective Action Requests, answer technical questions and order appropriate materials.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Interviewing team members, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and counseling team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensures manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Safety Standards, including:
Ensure that workplaces are safe and employees follow proper safety procedures
Be proactive in preventing safety related incidents
Create awareness of safe behavior and teach required skills for working safely

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as the Director of Quality. Directors of Quality are responsible for ensuring we exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost, and delivery, as well as optimizing production quality levels and supporting operational excellence. They work closely with internal and external stakeholders regarding technical support of their activities. They also plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs designed to ensure continuous manufacturing of products that are consistent with established standards.

12. Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate with production procedures in cooperation with production Leaders to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
13. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to cast vision, teach principles, and provide direction to members of the Regal Team.
14. Systematically use Corrective Actions to improve product quality.
15. Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability. Actively on the floor and involved in day-to-day manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

4. Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
5. Lean manufacturing techniques
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

10. Proficient with Google G-Suite or related software

Summary

Regal Boats is seeking a creative and enthusiastic CAD I Designer to support our CAD II Designers and contribute to the mission of excellence in boat design. This individual will work closely with the CAD II Designer and the Engineering Team to assist in the conceptualization and design of luxury, performance boats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist CAD II Designers in creating detailed sketches and renderings of potential boat designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
2. Provide support to marine engineers in developing specifications for boat systems and components.
3. Contribute to the conceptualization and design of various boat parts and assemblies.
4. Learn and effectively communicate concepts related to boat design and engineering principles.
5. Gain a thorough understanding of boat construction materials and their engineering requirements.
6. Collaborate with vendors, under the guidance of CAD II Designers, to create or modify boat components and ensure design accuracy.
7. Work closely with the engineering team to maintain clear communication and alignment with design standards/

Required Qualifications 

1. Strong interest in CAD modeling and design.
2. 1-3 years of experience with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, NX, Creo, Fusion 360, or Inventor, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and enhance skills in these tools.
3. A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required for review.
4. Proficient in conversational English.

1. Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and development.
2. Proven reliability and dependability in previous roles.
3. A strong interest in boating and marine design.
4. An engineering background is highly desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Regal Boats is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cut & Grind Specialist. The Cut & Grind Specialist is responsible for using various tools to grind rough edges of boat hull molds and fiberglass parts, as well as cutting holes into the boat hull for installing instruments and hardware. This position requires working closely with a team in a bay while adhering to strict PPE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Grind all de-molded parts properly (hulls, decks, small parts).
2. Collaborate with team members to lift and move deck parts to the cut & grind area.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Follow instructions from the Leader/Supervisor/Lead.
5. Inspect all parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
6. Comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
7. Wear a respirator, goggles, and hearing protection as required.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

1. Previous experience in working with fiberglass, cabinetry building, or auto body repair.
2. Proficiency in using tools such as grinders, sanders, hole saws, jig saws, diamond cutters, scrapers, and similar tools.
3. Must pass a spirometry test.
4. High attention to detail and precision in using hand tools.
5. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
6. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where climate is not controlled. 
7. Strong ability to work closely within a team setting.
8. Must adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
9. Must have the ability to understand and adhere to all quality standards.
10. Must be able to work well with diverse teams.
11. Must display a dependable demeanor.

Summary
The staff accountant will perform general financial accounting tasks and other related duties for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with review of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing.
• Oversees and assists with monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Manages weekly vendor payment processing and remittance reporting. 
• Generate and process journal entries in a timely manner.
• Assists Financial Accounting Leader with month end closing and preparation of internal financial reports.
• Performs monthly GL reconciliations. 
• Process all company expense reports and expense reimbursements. 
• Communicates effectively, both externally and internally, in a timely manner.
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
